Why Choose A Toronto Micro Wedding?

I want all of you, forever, you and me, everyday.” The Notebook © How about coffee, drinks, dinner, a movie...for as long as we both shall live?” You’ve Got Mail © “It could be nice, growing old with you.” Wedding Singer © “When I look at you, I can feel it. I look at you, and I’m home.” Finding Nemo © “You are my greatest adventure.” The Incredibles © "I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the ages of this world alone." –Lord of the Rings

Through movies we are inspired to become the unbounded believer in the grand power of love and the happily ever after.

Newly engaged couples are excited to create their own beautiful movie. Today more than ever, many are choosing to forego the traditional wedding scripts and write their personal love stories. The cost of an average wedding is upwards of $30,000 and yet, who wants average?

Inspired to Give Couples Luxury Without Outrageous Cost

As artists, as well as the owners/curators of The Freedom Factory Art Gallery and Events Venue, we have been creating compelling and unique experiences for artists, entrepreneurs, brides/grooms and corporations for years. We repeatedly found it striking when potential clients would inquire about our surcharge for wedding services. With some research we discovered that this is routine in the events industry and engaged couples may be charged thousands of dollars more for the same services if the event is a wedding. This was the moment that we decided to take our commitment to the arts community and fuse it with our passion for creating spectacular weddings.

We designed The Freedom Factory to provide opportunities for emerging artists to show and sell their work professionally and affordably. Artists are never burdened with commission fees on any work sold through the gallery. Our event portfolio helps to subsidize the support provided to deserving artists. Seeing that couples looking to unite in marriage or commitment ceremonies were facing similar financial challenges, Toronto Micro Weddings was born.

Toronto Micro Weddings Collaborates & Supports Local Art Community

We love LOVE and our wedding celebrations showcase a delicate mingling of the traditions of old and the creative musings of local artists. Our unique venues captivate the emotion of the special day. Wedding guests are treated to more than an event, but rather an experience that will leave them inspired and uplifted. Every aspect of the celebration is enhanced by the work of the local art community. Alter backdrops, flowers, live music/DJ, photographer, food, wedding cake, invitations and even wedding favours are collaborations with local artists who hand craft the unique elements. Artists are paid for their work and greatly appreciate being a part of such a sacred exchange.

Package Includes Everything But The Stress

Choosing a micro wedding allows couples customize their wedding by including only meaningful details. An intimate ceremony surrounded by a smaller guest list leaves time to connect and celebrate with each person, rather than an entire evening of brief hellos. A 3-hour start to finish event leaves zero down time or gaps in flow. Choose to dance, make speeches, ding glasses, peruse food stations or choose to simply mingle, cocktail in hand, while connecting with guests in a leisurely celebration. The options are endless.

Our inclusive package of only $3000, removes the worry and stress of planning, sourcing and potentially spending tens of thousands of dollars, leaving couples free to relax and enjoy the process. Numerous upgrade options allow for added fun and grandeur should clients wish to splurge a little.

Toronto Micro Weddings unites luxury and simplicity, glamour and sensibility and, of course love and marriage. We invite you to visit our website or contact us to see how you can book your perfect love story.

Invest in your marriage, not in your wedding.
